We are a seasoned group of professional consultants devoted to assisting you develop your historic properties with the maximum amount of return and benefit to you.  With more than 40 years of experience, our consultants meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Qualification in the fields of Historic Preservation, History, and Architectural History.  We have written numerous National Register nominations, more than 100 Rehabilitation Tax Credit applications, and designed more than 50 rehabilitation projects.  Our staff has experience that ranges from teaching Historic Preservation at the graduate level to serving on state National Register Review Boards to working with the International Council on Monuments and Sites to working in State Historic Preservation Offices.
